PUSH 101: How do I archive a campaign and what does archiving mean?

As a free PUSH user, you are entitled to a handful of cost-free campaigns, however how do you make space for more without upgrading to our premium plan?

We understand that not all creators have the budget to pay for digital marketing tools; so when you run out of space on your free plan you can easily make more room for future campaigns without spending a penny.

📚 What does archiving a campaign do?

Archiving a campaign is not the same as deleting it.

Archiving a campaign makes it temporarily unavailable; fans who click on the URL will be directed to a ‘coming soon page’ rather than to your campaign.

Any archived campaigns can be reinstated at any point. Any reinstated campaigns will retain their statistics, content and customisation ready to be re-deployed at any time.

🚧 When would I need to archive a campaign?

Archived campaigns don’t count towards your campaign allowance so by archiving old campaigns you aren’t currently using, you can free up space to make more!

For example, if you find that you’ve used all of your free allowance (up to 30 active Fan Links), you can archive any you’re no longer using to make space for that new Fan Link.

❓ How can I archive a campaign?

To archive a campaign, simply:

  1. Log into your account and navigate to the campaign type you want to archive using the side bar on the left.
  2. Click on the ellipsis menu (the 3 dots) and select ‘archive link‘. A pop-up will tell you your link has been archived and an icon will appear on your campaign’s image.
  3. To reinstate a link, follow the same instructions but select ‘reinstate link‘ instead.

Pricing plan

If you don’t want to worry about having to archive links, you can upgrade to our competitive and generous premium plan for only £4.99 a month!
