Not much, you? Sorry, we couldn’t resist. But, in all seriousness, Updog is a real platform, and it’s pretty helpful. It allows individuals, and companies, to check the online status of popular services.
you're telling me that datadog has an uptime monitoring product and they didn't call it "updog"? pic.twitter.com/2DmLFYS6J5

Company Datadog has delivered. They’ve introduced a platform called Updog which will show developers the current status of many online services like AWS, Cloudfare, OpenAI and Slack. This will let them know what major software is fully functioning.
This is extremely helpful as it’s a free tool and will provide live updates on some of the most powerful services. Back in June, someone pointed out the software company Datadog had missed a trick by not calling the brand Updog, well, they delivered.
Just four months later, the owner replied to the tweet with a link to the OpenAI platform, Updog. Datadog will be a paid for app which will have more in-depth tools that developers may need. However, Updog will remain free, and help ordinary web users out.
The Updog platform can identify patterns and collects remote data from various servers and services. It can therefore find potential outages quickly. It’s a huge game-changer for companies depending on SaaS tools.
