Trends can be fun and useful, but if you constantly bend your content to fit what’s popular, you risk losing your voice. Ask yourself: Can I do this in a way that still feels like me? If the answer’s no, it’s okay to skip it.

Consistency matters more than trend-hopping. The creators people remember are the ones who offer something real — not just something relevant.

It’s tempting to compare yourself to others, especially when you see someone else growing faster or doing more. But you don’t know what’s going on behind their screen. Maybe they’ve been at it for years. Maybe they’re burnt out.

Define success on your own terms. What kind of community do you want to build? What kind of content feels good to make? Staying true to yourself means honouring your own rhythm.

As you grow, pause now and then to reflect. Are you still sharing what you care about? Does your content feel aligned with who you are? It’s normal to evolve — just make sure you’re leading the change, not following the pressure.

Growth is great, but staying true to yourself is what gives that growth meaning. You don’t need to be everything to everyone. Be you, consistently — and the right people will find you?
