You have the ability to create your own melodies, rhythms, chords and more with their new MIDI Generators. There are far more options, allowing you to explore new sounds and ideas. Things you wouldn’t have been able to imagine creating solo.

You’ll likely notice the interface is a lot more user-friendly. While there were no major complaints before, it seems Ableton are working on ensuring their platform is accessible to all. Whether you’re a beginner, trying out mixing, or an experience musician.

All levels should be able to access the same quality of tools and equipment. Otherwise, how are you expected to grow? Experience a far greater and deeper platform with much more to offer. Build your own MIDI, or expand on ones already available.

Have you tried Ableton Live 12 yet? Or, are you sticking with what you know? Are you a Logic Pro X musician instead? While they have some great competition, Ableton is often ranked one of the better platforms on the market. However, it all comes down to personal preference.
