TikTok are launching a new range of advert tools, including creative AI

TikTok has announced multiple new updates which will make the video creation process much smoother. From AI creative tools, to improved ad automation options. There’s a lot coming to the platform which will make it easier than ever to create video content.

In their recent TikTok World 2024 event, they shared their ideas to update their current AI toolset. They are aiming to add new AI creative tools, while also improving advert options, adding new ad types and more. All which will benefit creators.

TikTok are launching a new creative Ai suite. This will be for all ad partners. The platform, called Symphony, will have tools inbuilt to help provide AI assistance when writing video scripts. It will also help creators plan new ideas and produce video content.

The tools TikTok currently has in its toolkit will be enhanced. Others will be added, and it will become one bigger platform that can generate all kinds of content depending on your needs. TikTok have already launched an ad script AI function, so this isn’t necessarily new.

Within TikTok’s Creative Assistant tool, creatives can already brainstorm ideas. So, this isn’t something that has never been done before. However, the elements incorporated in their new AI platform should make the process even smoother.

Hopefully, creatives should see translation tools that are super effective. This will help broaden audiences and make the platform more accessible for all viewers. TikTok are regularly making moves in the right direction, despite what the critics have to say.

When the new AI kit is rolled out, it will be interesting to see how creatives interact with it. Will it be another new toolset that is overlooked because it isn’t as flashy as it sounds? Or, will it bring tools to the platform that creatives could never have imagined having access to?
